Trisha Wolfe is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Community Resilience Model Teacher, Neuroaffective Relational Therapist, and RYT-200 yoga teacher who specializes in trauma, stress, and resilience. Her work is founded on the mind-body connection and supporting people in moving toward well-being through realistic, neurobiological-based practices. Trisha is currently a Ph.D. student at Ohio State studying counseling, burnout, and resilience and has been published in a variety of national and international publications. She has been an invited speaker on topics ranging from mindfulness to trauma to resilience in the workplace.
