My life has always been centered on a love of learning and curiosity. My learning has taken me many different directions and led me here, to becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
My passion for counseling and psychotherapy began with Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM™), which can be artfully intertwined to bring a peaceful settling to a hectic, stressful world. Through these trainings and my own personal learnings, my focus has been on resiliency, trauma, and the long term effects on people's well-being. |
My education at The Ohio State University has also provided countless opportunities to develop ways in which I can contribute to others' lives as a counselor. I am grateful to be able to offer this work to the Central Ohio area, which is home to many somatic practitioners.
I have been privileged to work with a wide range of people, from early childhood to late adulthood, in exploring their lives, emotions, and relationships to find clarity and calm. No one wants to go it alone in life and this work is a gentle way to have a guide at your side as you realize your full potential and find your natural resilience.
Pursuing my own personal process and utilizing supervision and consultation is a critical part of my work, as is enhancing my learning through continuing education and trainings.
Trisha's rate is $300 per session. Trisha is able to provide therapy in Ohio, Florida, Colorado, Washington, New Jersey, and Connecticut. She can be reached at [email protected].
