This is an experiential conversation meant to allow you to be curious about what resilience means for you. The focus is on are biologically based skills that are founded in neuroscience and psychology. What's included in my registration?
We'll spend 90 minutes together in the virtual space together, connecting, learning, and practicing! I'll be teaching and sharing some information to allow you to better understand your nervous system and then we'll practice it together and talk about how to apply it in your life in a realistic way.
How do I know if this session is for me?
This conversation is open to everyone! If you want a moment to rest, relax, and learn how to grow your own resilience in research backed, neurobiological methods, then this is for you! Introverts, extroverts, and ambiverts welcome. No participation is required by you and you are more than welcome to leave your camera off!
Is this a therapy group?
No, this is a learning conversation and is not therapy or a substitute for therapy. All are welcome to attend the session and learn about wellness and experiences but there will not be therapists available for sessions and this is not a group therapy experience.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes, the session will be recorded so that you can go back and review the material. If you have to miss one of the sessions, you will still receive the recording. Those who do not wish to be recorded are welcome to leave their cameras off and use the chat box.
