Each day will include:
No planning required - all your meals and snacks are included from Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast! Saturday evening will include a special guest chef who will be preparing us a scrumptious three course meal. All other meals and snacks will be cooked by our in-house chef with a focus on fresh meals that taste good and nourish our bodies and our minds.

- Guided creative practices (no art background required!) to help connect more deeply with yourself.
- Interactive sessions on resilience, self-care, self-compassion, and more.
- Ample free time to enjoy the exquisite surroundings including access to the beach, hiking trails, kayaks, SUPs, and a 20 person hot tub.
