I am passionate about providing the most effective, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with their mental health. I use a holistic, somatic based approach to bring awareness of thought patterns, behaviors, and emotions to my clients and empower them to use coping skills in response to distress. I believe each individual has the ability to heal from their painful experiences and improve their lives, and aim to give them the tools and support for that journey. Every client has unique strengths that can be incorporated into their treatment and built upon, and treatment is tailored to each individual.
